  • You can place an order by selecting your desired product(s), adding them to your cart and proceeding to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

  • We accept payment via credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and also Apple Pay.

  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our Customer Service team at info@twentyfourthreads.co.uk as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot make changes once the order has been processed.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the Royal Mail website using the tracking number provided.

  • We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is damaged or incorrect. For more details, please refer to our Returns Policy.

  • We regularly update our page with new stock, or returned stock. We will always try our best to replenish any item that is out of stock, subject to demand. Please keep an eye on our Instagram stories for regular updates.

  • 24 Threads is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.
